Cellia Costea è nata a Piatra Neamt, in Romania
, in una famiglia di musicisti.
Ha studiato al Liceo Musicale di Piatra Neamt
con Elena Botez .
Successivamente lei ha ottenuto un Degree alla
Music University di Bucarest .
All'inizio della sua Carriera ha vinto il Primo
Premio in numerosi
Concorsi Mondiali : il VINAS di Barcelona
- il M.CABALLE' di Andora -
il Singer Competition of Beijing in CHINA
ed il J.GAYARRE di Pamplona ,
nei quali è stata notata da Direttori di
prestigiosi Teatri che immediatamente la hanno
ingaggiata .
Da quel momento appare come Protagonista nei
